Native Christian Way, through partnership with a national non
profit distribution organization, was able to distribute over 100
women's coats and sweaters to ladies in need in
western New Mexico
Special thanks to NCW volunteers, Jim and Linda Reeves, for
providing transportation and assistance for this distribution
Facilities were not available for this
distribution, so NCW set up beside
a main reservation entrance to one
of the housing areas.  Within a few
minutes, word spread coats were
available, and the donation was
quickly and effectively distributed.
It was a beautiful, sunny day, and
a wonderful opportunity to share
with a beautiful people.  In an area
where employment opportunities
are few, people are in need of a
helping hand.  Mothers often are
the last to purchase things for
themselves, so the warm coats
were a welcome offering to the
ladies.
